Rx Doz is licensed to you (End-User) by AICE Healthcare Private Limited, located at #363, 19th Main Rd, 1st Block, Rajajinagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560010, India (“Licensor”), for use only under the terms of this License Agreement.
By downloading the Licensed Application via App Store or Play Store, you agree to be bound by this License Agreement.
Rx Doz (“Licensed Application”) is a medicine reminder app for iOS and Android devices, used to store prescriptions and generate user-defined reminders.

Licensor is responsible for handling any claims regarding product liability, regulatory compliance, or application issues.
End-user certifies they are not in a restricted country or on any US Government prohibited list.

Apple and Google are acknowledged as third-party beneficiaries of this agreement with the right to enforce its terms.
Licensor is responsible for addressing claims of intellectual property infringement.
This License Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
If any term becomes invalid, the rest remain effective. Changes must be made in writing.
